A. Hungry for a chance at redemption!

A. Our offensive and defensive line.
Q. Who will be your key leaders on the team?
A. Jamel Davis (Sr., DE), Ivan Young (Sr., WR/DE), Jeremiah Welch (Sr., OL/DL), Murphy Emery (Sr., OL), Calvin Jackson (Jr., QB), Zay Brown (Sr., RB/DB), Kedric Richardson (Sr., RB/LB), and Jesse Bonagua (Sr., RB/LB).
Q. What are your biggest reasons for optimism?
A. We had success last year, but we don’t want the guys to live in the past. It’s a brand new season and a new team.
Q. What will keep you up at night?
A. Making sure the guys stay hungry and don’t get complacent.
Q. What can you build on from last year?
A. Our success and having a good core back from last year.
Q. Any lessons learned from last year?
A. Make sure you have everyone prepared to play, from first to third string.
Q. Will we see anything different this year?
A. Not really.
Q. How would you characterize your team’s speed?
A. I think our team speed is good, but we could always be faster.
Coach’s View
I think we have a really good schedule to be very successful if we stay hungry and focus on ourselves and what we need to do each week to get better.
