A. With only seven seniors, this year’s team will be young and inexperienced.
Q. What will be the keys to your success?
A. How well the players come together and mature as a team.
Q. Who will be your key leaders on the team?
A. Jack Anderson (Jr., WR/DB), Spencer Wilson (Sr., TE/LB), Clint Davis (Sr., TE/DE), Griffin Broome (Jr., QB/DB), and Kole Hall (Jr., RB/DB).
Q. What are your biggest reasons for optimism?
A. This team has developed a strong bond during the off-season.
Q. What will keep you up at night?
A. The lack of experience and depth.
Q. What can you build on from last year?
A. We started several freshmen last year.
Q. Any lessons learned from last year?
A. We must improve defensively and do a better job in special teams.
Q. Will we see anything different this year?
A. No.
Q. How would you characterize your team’s speed?
A. Team speed is not very good.
Coach’s View
The 2018 season will be a hard road for our team as we play a very tough schedule. However, I think we will show improvement over last season due to our players’ hard work this off-season.
