Q. What are your biggest reasons for optimism?
A. Great team chemistry and dedication.
Q. What will keep you up at night?
A. Injuries and inexperience.
Q. What can you build on from last year?
A. We played some young guys last year, and hopefully those quality reps will help young players step up as starters.

A. We need to continue to develop and improve each game.
Q. Will we see anything different this year?
A. No.
Q. How would you characterize your team’s speed?
A. We have good speed for our area, but will be average for our classification.
Coach’s View
Our opportunities for success will lie within our ability to transfer what we do in practice to game situations. We will not be defined by what we cannot do, but only by what we can do great. Our team will be dedicated to 100% effort on every play and will hold each other accountable to that standard and that standard alone.
