Q How would you characterize this year’s team?

A They are still young, but they love to come to work and get better every day.

Q What will be the keys to your success?

A We need to build on the team culture that we started to instill during spring practice.

Q Who will be your key leaders on the team?

A AJ Robinson (QB), Will Bolt (WR/DB), Mason Arnold (DB), Isaac Itofe (OL), Takoda Jones (RB/DB), and Reggie Knight (WR).

Q: What are your biggest reasons for optimism?

A: A We are returning a lot of young talent from last year’s team that started 10 games.

Q: What will keep you up at night?

A: The strength of our schedule.

Q: What can you build on from last year?

A: Making the playoffs for the first time in two years.

Q: Any lessons learned from last year?

A: We have to stick together as a team.

Q: Will we see anything different this year?

A: Hopefully offense, defense, and special teams will be better than last year.

Q: How would you characterize your team’s speed?

A: We have some kids who can run at the right positions.

Coach’s View

We need to focus on one game at a time. Every weekend should reset the schedule to 0-0. The goal for us is to get a little better every day and continue growing as a team.
