Q: How would you characterize this year’s team?
A: We are young but working hard.
Q: What will be the keys to your success?
A: Not having injuries. Depth is an issue at several positions.
Q: Who will be your key leaders on the team?
A: Senior Cam Penny (QB/DB), senior Drew Hillian (RB/LB), and junior Nick Hall (RB/DB).
Q: What are your biggest reasons for optimism?
A: We have more team speed than we have ever had.
Q: What will keep you up at night?
A: Depth and injuries.
Q: What can you build on from last year?
A: Returning starters in the same offensive and defensive schemes.
Q: Any lessons learned from last year?
A: Take what they give us, and don’t try to force it.
Q: Will we see anything different this year?
A: Same schemes on both sides of the ball.
Q: How would you characterize your team’s speed?
A: Quick skill players, several with break-away speed.
