Q. How would you characterize this year’s team?
A. A close group of guys that care about each other.
Q. What will be the keys to your success?
A. Believing in the process.
Q. Who will be your key leaders on the team?
A. Brandon Easterly, Bennett McDougal, Zach Rollins, and Therion Mordecai.
Q. What are your biggest reasons for optimism?
A. We have a lot of experience and the guys work hard.
Q. What will keep you up at night?
A. Injuries.
Q. What can you build on from last year?
A. I think winning nine times last season will help our confidence going forward.
Q. Any lessons learned from last year?
A. We learned that hard work
pays off. We need to continue working harder.
Q. Will we see anything different this year?
A. Hopefully more wins!
Q. How would you characterize your team’s speed?
A. We have good overall speed.
